In as much as we do not give refunds, your satisfaction is our key objective and exchanges are allowed. However, kindly note that you will cover the cost for shipping both ways.

There is a 2 days return policy if you receive your item in bad condition (tarnished, stained or bent)

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
